SHIPPING POLICY:
- We utilize third-party shippers, adhering to their respective Terms & Conditions.
- Quality remains uncompromised as we partner with reliable logistics providers known for their extensive reach across India.
- Shipping is are applicable on each order; charger are auto calculated at the time of finalising the order.
- Premium delivery charges are applicable for Express deliveries.
- Orders received before 3 PM on any working day will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be dispatched within the next 2 working days.
- Shipment details will be promptly shared upon dispatch for easy tracking.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS:
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost only if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
In case a damaged product is received, please send us a video of the unboxing/unpacking of the product (s) at "info@cricstudioinc.com". Without the unboxing video, return cannot be initiated.
We will not be able to entertain your return request if the size, colour & product type is same as ordered
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned if there is any other issue mentioned in "Eligible Returns" section. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding the return eligibility of your specific item. However, please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items and items which are outside the ambit of eligible returns.
RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns which are initiated after 3 days will not be accepted.
During this period, you have the option to initiate a return for your purchased item. For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase or the receipt. To begin the return process, please reach out to us via email at Info@cricstudioinc.com.
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send back the package. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Should you encounter any damages or issues with your orders upon receipt, kindly inspect the item immediately and notify us promptly. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify any defects, damages or incorrect shipments. Certain items, such as custom products or personalised items are exempt from out return and exchange policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our exchange policy extends for a duration of 3 days from the date of item delivered. Please note that the courier cost of return and courier cost of sending new shipment to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not provide Cancellation on our Purchase.
