Cricket Bat Warrenty Terms :-
Company’s Responsibility:
Company may repair or replace defective products if:
- Purchase and claim are made within India.
- Customer notifies Cricstudio during the warranty period and soon after discovering the issue.
- Company has the chance to examine the product.
- The customer returns the product to the location specified by Cricstudio.
- Company stickers/logos/labels must not be tampered with.
Warranty Void If:
- Customer modifies or alters the product.
- Defects caused by wrong storage, use, or maintenance.
- Use of unapproved fittings or accessories.
- Unauthorized repair or alteration of the product.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, wilful damage, abnormal use, or incorrect installation.
